:Commons might be great for most Wikia Wikis, but in this particular instance I rather feel that we should stick to ScoutMedia. The projects have quite different aims and policies, and as such I feel we'd be much better off by simply formulating a policy on how to import pictures (which is allowed for most Commons images anyway).
